Phantom brackets are a "stronger than stock" replacement for the OEM brackets as found on FLHT, FLHRC, FLHR, FLHTC and FLHTC-U. Can also be used to mount aftermarket saddlebags on other FLH and FLT series. Brackets feature slotted holes for precise fitment and made out of stainless steel with a powder coated black finish. Come complete with rubber bumper cushions and stainless steel hardware. Fits FLH/FLT 1997-2008.
