Namz Custom Cycle Products is manufacturing stainless steel braided wiring harnesses for over 8 years. For any stock or custom motorcycle, a complete line of stainless steel wiring harnesses for handlebar controls, headlights, tachometers, turn signals, regulators, oil sending switches, ignitions, brake switches and any other custom application is available. Generally the harnesses are covered with a non-yellowing crystal clear PVC coating to protect the bike and to preserve the products polished finish. All kits and spare parts are Do It Yourself (DIY).
Specifications
Kits are available for internal and external wired handlebar controls. Both versions come with all required materials to successfully braid stock or aftermarket handlebar switches. Kits include stainless steel braided wires, clear PVC shrink tubing, black shrink tubing and sleeves.
With the Do It Yourself kit it's easy to improve the look of the stock black wire that exits the regulator. Kit includes stainless steel braided wire, clear PVC shrink tubing, sleeves and ring terminal.
These kits are complete wiring harnesses measuring various lengths. The external harness is constructed of braided stainless steel encapsulated by clear PVC. The internal 16 gauge wires (red/white/black) are compatible with high wattage bulbs.
This clear coated hollow tube allows to dress-up single wires from EVO style Oil pressure switches. Easily slides over your the stock single wire.
A complete wiring harness that measures 24 inch. The external harness is constructed of braided stainless steel encapsulated by clear PVC. The internal 16 gauge wires (red/orange) come pre-wired with flag connectors.
Another way to hide the stock black cable that exits the cam cover. This DIY kit includes stainless steel braided wire, clear PVC shrink tubing and sleeves.
Stainless steel braiding
DIY roll measuring 25ft of stainless steel braiding. The highly polished & flexible stainless steel braiding is clear coated.
DIY roll measuring 25 feet of copper braiding. The flexible braiding is clear coated. Maximum inner diameter is 1/2".
DIY roll measuring 25ft of crystal clear PVC heat shrink. Available in 5 commonly used diameters. This transparent coating protects your bike and preserves any braided wire. This shrink will not fade away or turn yellow. Shrinks to half of its original size.
